This analytical Study , Primarily Deals with The Tradition of The Famous form of Poetry “ Naat” in Dera Ghazi Khan Naat is considered a important Factor in Muslim Community From The early age of Islam It is a Source of expression To love with The Holy Prophet (ﷺ ) as well as spiritual motivation .Although The Tradition of Naat began from Arabia and many poets are famous in this Architect as Hasan Bin Sabit, Urwa, Ubaid and Many other Later, With advent of Islam Tradition reached in The entire Muslim World .Dera Ghazi Khan is land of literature and a rich soil for “Naat Writing ” several poets of Dera Ghazi Khan contributed in this discipline .This research paper explores and highlights the tradition of Naat, its origin and evolution in Dera Ghazi Khan .
