The teachings of the Holy Quran are complete, comprehensive and universal in every respect. The fields of the teachings of the Quran are different. Some teachings are related to beliefs and thoughts. Some are related to ethics and manners. And some are related to rulings, jurisprudence and constitution and law. Those verses of the Quran in which rulings are stated and those verses give the Islamic constitution are called verses of rulings. The verses of rulings also state the rules of inheritance like purity, prayer, fasting, selling and all other types of rules. In all these chapters, the teachings of the Quran are completely clear, comprehensive and detailed. If we consider the issues of inheritance from all other aspects, then here too this fact is shining with its brilliance. In no system, constitution or law of the world has inheritance been described with such detail and clarity as Islam has described it in the Holy Quran. Allah Almighty has identified the heirs in the Quran. Different statuses of heirs have been established. In different situations, heirs are made the owners of different parts. Everyone has been given shares according to their rights. And that the benefit of each person in the family has also been taken into account in this distribution. Allah Almighty has determined these shares himself and has obliged man to distribute the inheritance only according to this. Not only that, but the right of bequest has also been given in the inheritance property. If the deceased wants to give his property to a specific person or wants to spend it for a specific purpose, he can make a bequest for it. But a certain amount and limits have also been determined for this. So that the heirs are not harmed. The following is a study of the verses explaining the rules of inheritance.
